Ingredients: Vegetables (carrots (produced in Japan), onions, corn), processed meat (chicken liver, pork, bonito broth (wheat flour, soy protein), salt), boiled shiitake mushrooms, boiled mushrooms, chicken stock, soy sauce, butter, sugar, chicken broth, salt, sesame oil, ginger extract/thickener (modified starch), calcium carbonate, ferric pyrophosphate
No colouring, flavouring or preservatives used.
Suitable for infants aged 16 months and above
Directions:
Heating in water: Soak the entire package in hot water for about 2 minutes to heat it, cut the seal and it is ready to eat. ##Do not put this nutritional meal package into boiling water and cook it directly over an open flame.
Microwave heating: Pour the product into a microwave-safe container and heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds (500W / 600W).
Monitored by a registered dietitian to ensure adequate nutritional intake.
There is a nutritional information distribution map on the package. Eating one pack of instant nutritious meal can provide the iron and calcium required for a meal (1.5 mg iron and 150 mg calcium).
