📦 Order Processing

  • After order confirmation, we will process and arrange shipment within 1-2 business days.
  • Upon successful order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep it for your records.
  • Processing times may be slightly delayed during public holidays or promotional periods.
  • If you need to modify an order after submission, please contact us as soon as possible. No changes can be made to orders that have already been shipped.

🚚 Delivery Arrangements

  • Local Hong Kong Delivery: SF Express / Hong Kong Post
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • SF Express lockers / convenient store pick-up options are also available.
  • Macau and overseas regions: Shipping fees and times will be calculated separately.
Enjoy free local delivery for purchases over HK$500 (excluding some remote areas).

🔄 Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • Returned/exchanged items must be in their original unused condition, with complete packaging and receipt.
  • Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for the following situations: opened or used items, human-damaged items, special offer or promotional items.
  • If there is a product quality issue, we will arrange a free exchange or refund.
